Mohave Ratz Corporation
2025 Annual Report
Prepared January 31, 2026
Letter From the Founder
2025 marked the official beginning of Mohave Ratz Corporation. What started as a small rescue effort quickly grew into a structured, mission-driven nonprofit dedicated to providing safe, compassionate care for domestic rats in Mohave County. This first year focused on building a legal foundation, establishing operational systems, and caring for our initial group of rescued rats.
Thanks to one outside donor and substantial founder support, Mohave Ratz Corporation completed its first year with all expenses fully funded.
