Full disclosure I run a small business and breed rats. It was running this business that made me realize that there was a need for a rescue for rats, in Mohave County. I was often asked to take in rats from homes that were no longer able to care for their rats. I did but realized I could not continue to do so as part of my small business, as I often end up keeping the rats due to them not being socialized enough for those looking to adopt. Although the first guy I took in, I fell in love with, and he will always be missed. None of the rats that were taken in prior to creating MRC will be given to MRC. None of the rats that I breed will either.

If you want a quick response, text me and the next time I am near my cell phone I will respond, (928) 278-1441. If you call you will get my voicemail, as I don't answer the phone in that way. I am old enough to remember not having a cell phone and refuse to be tethered to one. I am also not going to start calling people back, my day job requires a lot of phone calls, and I am not going to spend my personal time in that way (if you can't tell, I do not love talking on the phone.) What does it cost to Adopt?
If you do not have a current mischief, you will be required to get two rats of the same sex. You will be required to sign a contract saying that you will properly care for the rats you get and that you will not breed them.
1 Rat - $20.00
2 Rats - $35.00
3 Rats - $45.00
